php8.3-imagick does not exist as it was in the NBS report as fully OK to go

That leaves these:

Versioned binaries 8.3->8.4 no more built by the unversioned sources
(only remove binaries):

Old imap/pspell versioned binary name
 php8.3-imap | 8.3.11-0ubuntu4 | plucky/universe | amd64, arm64, armhf,
ppc64el, riscv64, s390x
 php8.3-pspell | 8.3.11-0ubuntu4 | plucky | amd64, arm64, armhf,
ppc64el, riscv64, s390x
=> Those two are only depended on by php-imap and php-pspell

The new is like:
root@p:~# apt show php8.4-pspell
Package: php8.4-pspell
Version: 3:1.0.1-3
...
Provides: php-pspell

Old imap/pspell unversioned binary name
rmadison -u ubuntu -s plucky,plucky-proposed php-imap php-pspell
 php-imap | 2:8.3+93ubuntu2 | plucky/universe | all
 php-pspell | 2:8.3+93ubuntu2 | plucky | all

But do not touch the new sources:
 php-imap | 3:1.0.3-1 | plucky/universe | source
 php-pspell | 3:1.0.1-3 | plucky/universe | source
Or the new binaries matching these:
 php8.4-imap | 3:1.0.3-1 | plucky/universe | amd64, arm64, armhf, ppc64el,
riscv64, s390x
 php8.4-pspell | 3:1.0.1-3 | plucky/universe | amd64, arm64, armhf, ppc64el,
riscv64, s390x

./remove-package -m "LP: #2101155 php8.4 has taken over - remove 8.3 binaries
that are now separate packages" -s plucky --version 2:8.3+93ubuntu2 --binary
php-imap php-pspell
Removing packages from plucky:
        php-imap 2:8.3+93ubuntu2 in plucky amd64
        php-imap 2:8.3+93ubuntu2 in plucky arm64
        php-imap 2:8.3+93ubuntu2 in plucky armhf
        php-imap 2:8.3+93ubuntu2 in plucky i386

        php-imap 2:8.3+93ubuntu2 in plucky riscv64
        php-imap 2:8.3+93ubuntu2 in plucky s390x
        php-pspell 2:8.3+93ubuntu2 in plucky amd64
        php-pspell 2:8.3+93ubuntu2 in plucky arm64
        php-pspell 2:8.3+93ubuntu2 in plucky armhf
        php-pspell 2:8.3+93ubuntu2 in plucky i386
        php-pspell 2:8.3+93ubuntu2 in plucky ppc64el
        php-pspell 2:8.3+93ubuntu2 in plucky riscv64
        php-pspell 2:8.3+93ubuntu2 in plucky s390x
Comment: LP: #2101155 php8.4 has taken over - remove 8.3 binaries that are now
separate packages
Remove [y|N]? y
14 packages successfully removed.

I think we eventually also need/want to remove:
 php8.3-imap | 8.3.11-0ubuntu4 | plucky/universe | amd64, arm64, armhf,
ppc64el, riscv64, s390x
 php8.3-pspell | 8.3.11-0ubuntu4 | plucky | amd64, arm64, armhf,
ppc64el, riscv64, s390x

But that will happen when the new has fully taken over as those will be
removed with src:php8.3.

** Changed in: php8.3 (Ubuntu)
