It's a tricky one, heh. I am not fully convinced that you need one but
regardless, please consider this as an ack from the Release team to go

I think I agree with that. If there's something changing that users
could benefit from knowing, we should release note it in the Pluck
release notes. I think there's no such thing as "too much information" -
so let's give more than giving them less. :)
