Intel dropped support for pre-GEN12 GPU's from intel-compute-runtime
versions >> 24.35.x, so we need to fork a new package for legacy support
which will stay at this version. (intel-compute-runtime-legacy)
This can be installed at the same time with intel-compute-runtime, and
platform support will be detected at runtime. The non-legacy package
will have a Recommends on the legacy one, so both will be installed on
upgrade. Users that have newer hardware can uninstall the legacy
package.
The new 25.xx intel-compute-runtime package is required for Battlemage
support.
