I don't have the ESM licenses available at the moment to license a trusty, xenial, or bionic container, as the ESM repos for trusty (legacy), xenial, and bionic have what look like patched Python 2 versions of jinja2 which I cannot test.
I have confirmed this import error will happen on Ubuntu Focal. jinja2 in later versions of Ubuntu (jammy, noble, oracular, plucky) are all on Python 3 and not impacted by this issue. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2102129 Title: Fix for CVE-2025-27516 regressed jinja in Python2 on focal To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/jinja2/+bug/2102129/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
