I'm trying to reproduce this bug.
I tested this version of postfix with a simple configuration on
different clouds, but I don't have access to Oracle cloud at the moment,
so this may be indeed Oracle-specific.
I see you have postfix version 3.6.4-1ubuntu1.3, and you mentioned
automatically installed updates. Do you happen to know if the bug
started when a postfix upgrade happened?
Moreover, could you please help us finding a reproducer? Are there
steps, from a fresh Ubuntu install, to see this bug (even if it is only
in Oracle cloud)?
