snap System itself, now all is working fine again.
sudo snap install cups
cups 2.4.11-3 from OpenPrinting✓ installed

snap connections | grep :cups
cups-control cups:cups-host

cups-control thunderbird:cups-control
:cups-control -

sudo snap connect firefox:cups-control
########
snap connections | grep :cups
cups-control cups:cups-host
:cups-control -
cups-control firefox:cups-control
:cups-control manual
cups-control thunderbird:cups-control

But the Problem with gnome-control-center is still present.
