In Ubuntu 24.04.1 AppArmor requires the bwrap-userns-restrict rules to
be updated to
https://gitlab.com/apparmor/apparmor/-/blob/master/profiles/apparmor/profiles/extras/bwrap-
userns-restrict this is especially true for GNOME Builder that fails to
run if this is not set.
