I'm closing this bug since it enables a fairly obscure feature. flite
isn't well maintained currently. I'm told spiel is better but it's not
packaged yet.
I was told Fedora enables speech synthesis in webkitgtk for the same
reason Debian does: because flite is packaged. However in GNOME OS,
speech synthesis is disabled in webkitgtk because nobody "packaged" it
there.
