The problem is with a 3rd party kernel module you have installed, and
not a bug with Ubuntu or the kernel.

You should remove the 3rd party version of rtl8821ce, as kernel now includes
rtw88_8821ce module.
If the rtw88_8821ce module is problematic and you want to use the external
rtl8821ce module, then you need to get an updated version that builds with
newer kernels.
