Public bug reported:
OpenCV can use Jasper to load JPEG 2000 images, but the current OpenCV
package for Gutsy was built without Jasper support. I rebuilt the
OpenCV packages with libjasper-dev installed and the resulting packages
supported JPEG 2000. I recommend adding libjasper-dev to the list of
build dependencies.
