Please remove haskell-misfortune from Ubuntu since it's blocking the
removal of pcre3.
haskell-misfortune has been removed from Debian Testing but not Debian
Unstable yet. If it is fixed in Debian, it can auto-sync back to Ubuntu.
We need to also remove haskell-lambdabot-novelty-plugins
