Public bug reported:
Please remove mvdsv from Ubuntu since it's blocking the removal of
pcre3.
mvdsv has been removed from Debian Testing but not Debian Unstable yet.
If it is fixed in Debian, it can auto-sync back to Ubuntu.
We also need to remove ktx
$ reverse-depends src:mvdsv
