Based on the warning message, it appears Stellarium is defaulting to an X.Org session even though you're logged into a Wayland session. You can try launching Stellarium with native Wayland support by setting the environment variable as suggested: https://www-txtag.com QT_QPA_PLATFORM=wayland stellarium
