the commits mentioned are already included in Noble 6.8.0-58.60 which is in
-proposed.
See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/EnableProposed for documentation how to
enable and use -proposed.
Based on this I will change the status of Noble to "Fix Commited"
