Public bug reported:

Patchance is one of the featured apps in the default Ubuntu Studio
taskbar. As it is so prominently featured as the internal audio patchbay
of the device it runs on, it is expected to work.

Right now, when launched, it crashes with "ModuleNotFoundError: No
module named 'cgitb'". This means it is missing a dependency on
`python3-legacy-cgi`.

** Affects: patchance (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Critical
     Assignee: Erich Eickmeyer (eeickmeyer)
         Status: In Progress
