Binary package hint: xserver-xorg-input-synaptics
When the said options are enabled together, it makes both pretty
useless. It's too easy for input to be interpreted as some sort of
scroll then paste action, which is very irritating. It would be nice if
when tapping that the driver does not allow scrolling rather than
forcing the user to be ridiculously careful not to move the relative
positions of his fingers while tapping.
