Yes, it is still in review. And Sudhakar posted another version
yesterday https://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/grub-
devel/2025-03/msg00183.html

In order to proceed with testing, we would need the public key
certificate as well for the key used to sign the images. Could you
please share where we can find them as well?
