I do not believe this requires a Feature Freeze Exception at all but I'm filing this to avoid a rejection because debian/changelog did not say "bugfix" Affected Flavors ================ Edubuntu Ubuntu MATE Why Not Sooner ============== gnome-maps 48.1 was released Saturday, March 22. There was not time for me to package the new version in Debian and wait for it to be available to sync before Ubuntu 25.04 Beta Freeze, which happened early in the day my timezone on Monday, the first day of my workweek.
