During Microsoft's ongoing testing of the MANA provider changes
introduced in https://git.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/rdma-
core/commit/?id=5fb3a6ebd22429b817c2ebe7b97524348eccab8f , they
discovered a race condition attributable to the lack of synchronization
of the shadow queue sender and poller threads. Upstream commit
https://github.com/linux-rdma/rdma-
core/commit/683218145c834eef0763e9624bb28e4960f768d5 addresses this
shortcoming.
