  GNOME Shell crashes and logs out the user when enabling popular extension 
"Window List", which is officially supported by GNOME:

  The root cause of the problem however is not in the extension itself but
  in GNOME Shell, which incorrectly tracks stylesheet files that had
  already been imported previously.
  
  This was fixed by checking in the stylesheets hash-table whether the
  file has already been imported before attempting to import it again.
