Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: cupsys
In /usr/lib/cups/backend, most of the executables have mode 755.
However, 3 of them (http, ipp, and lpd) have mode 700.
There seems to be no good reason for this, but it has the unfortunate
side effect of breaking printing on etherbooted clients (which NFS mount
the server's directory with all_squash).
Fix: change the permissions to all be 755.
