[Bug 2103613] [NEW] 24.04.2 installer MacBook Pro keybloard not working during installation

Public bug reported:

Using this ISO 
https://ubuntu.com/download/desktop/thank-you?version=24.04.2&architecture=amd64&lts=true
 from a USB key (exact same key successfully used to install on a Dell inspiron 
without issue), 
the installer is stuck at the "Language selection" step from the installer (no 
key recognized, no arrows, only the shutdown button was recognized)

MacBook Pro 13-inch, 2018, Four Thunderbold 3 Ports
Intel 2,3 GHz Intel Core i5 quad core
INtel Iris Plus Graphics 655
16Go LPDDR

USB key plugged via an USB-C adaptor
