Public bug reported:
emboss is currently blocked in proposed on armhf for plucky due to the
addition of the architecture-is-64-bit dependency from Debian.
Reverse-dependencies for emboss include artemis, embassy-domainatrix,
embassy-domalign, embassy-domsearch, emboss-explorer, and emboss-
explorer, none of which depend on armhf as they are either only amd64
packages, or also depend on architecture-is-64-bit
