While this will prevent successful builds in the future, it doesn't "solve"
this bug, as the binaries on s390x still need to be removed (via a RM bug
against the ftp.debian.org pseudo package). Even without this upload, removal
of the s390x binaries would have "solved" the issue because without binaries,
a FTBFS isn't considered an issue.
