I had this error when running ./mantic from mantic.tar.gz to upgrade from 23.04
Lunar Lobster to 23.10 Mantic Minotaur (and hopefully later I reach 24.04 Noble
Numbat LTS).
The ./mantic program crashed and asked to report a bug so I'm doing this now
