Can you please also state how you actually enabled Fcitx (was it [1]?)
and how you determined it does no work? It will make easier to reproduce
your setup.
I can already see Apparmor rules allow
interface=org.freedesktop.IBus.Portal
but not
interface=org.freedesktop.IBus
which is caught in the stderr.
