Host is updated, some packages are deferred due to phasing though.

"The following upgrades have been deferred due to phasing:
  libnetsnmptrapd40t64 libsnmp-base libsnmp-dev libsnmp-perl libsnmp40t64
  python3-software-properties software-properties-common
  software-properties-gtk ubuntu-drivers-common"

Rebooted, triggered bug (at least that's very consistent, now that we know how
to trigger it, thanks vurentjie)
Started VT and did:
- killall -QUIT gnome-shell
- apport-cli /var/crash/_usr_bin_gnome-shell.1000.crash

This time I got an error from apport-cli about not being able to update
the crash file, insufficient permissions, but it created an uploade file
with UUID:

5647be8a-1517-11f0-b3fe-fa163ec8ca8c

If there are any other signals that might help, I'll try them as well.
