Public bug reported:
RPI4 with firmware Jan 8 2021 can't boot UC20 or UC18 images. It requires newer
software.
Please find the boot screenshot attached.
The desired outcome is having all UC images able to boot on every firmware
version if possible.
If not possible all UC images should boot properly with the recent firmware.
