This bug was fixed in the package gnome-control-center - 1:48.0-1ubuntu3
---------------
gnome-control-center (1:48.0-1ubuntu3) plucky; urgency=medium
* Remove deprecated 'gedit' logic from
background-Update-legacy-theme-settings-matching-the-acce.patch
Not only has it been replaced by gnome-text-editor for years, but even
if you do install 'gedit' the settings key we were updating no longer
exists so would crash gnome-control-center. (LP: #2106567)
* Refresh patch: background-Add-brown-accent-color-support.patch
