1. Edit /etc/default/grub as root and change:
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX=""
to:
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX="i915.enable_psr=0"
2. Save the file.
3. Run:
sudo update-grub
4. Reboot.
5. Check the change was applied:
grep psr /proc/cmdline
