Public bug reported:

After upgrade to Kubuntu 25.04,
every time I boot laptop there is no connection with the internet, although I
am connected to my home network. Accidentally I found out that reinstalling
systemd-resolved (from a local package that I downloaded through another
laptop), immediately I can connect. After I shutdown laptop, next time There is
no connection, I have the package in laptop
(systemd-resolved_257.4-1ubuntu3_amd64), and I reinstall it. Every time happens
in the same way.
