I've attached the GOA bug report from the one upstream screen shot. This
was created by running `/usr/libexec/goa-identity-service &
G_MESSAGES_DEBUG=all /usr/libexec/goa-daemon --replace`.

The same error persists where the operation is cancelled prematurely and
I am unable to ignore the certificate to add the account.

Another thing to note is in the logs it mentions the whitelisted
providers are activated kerberos, google and owncloud. However, we
restrict the available providers to just exchange and kerberos by
specifying them in the section "[org/gnome/online-accounts] whitelisted-
providers= ['exchange', 'kerberos']" in the file
`/etc/dconf/db/local.d/00-dconf-gui-settings`
