Public bug reported:

Files downloaded with zsync 0.6.2-7 have an incorrect filename. One
example download, zsync http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/ubuntu-server/daily-
live/current/plucky-live-server-amd64.iso.zsync in this case, produced
the filename

''$'\006\255''m0'$'\362''Y'

and something different on the next run.

A revert to 0.6.2-6 resolves the problem.
