Plug dock the the machine 2. Plug 2 4k@60hz monitors on the dock, and both monitor should work as expected. [Where problems could occur] It reduces the necessity of calling dp_get_link_current_set_bw(). The worst case of this may be it doesn't re-caculate the bandwidth when needed and doesn't enable DSC which may reduce the external monitor's resolution or the framerate.
