Can you please run both ethtool -k <faulty_device> and, after a
download, ethtool -S <faulty_device> on both the faulty (6.12.17) and
working (6.12.18) mainline kernels and provide results?
Also bug is missing general log files that will aid in diagnosing the
problem. From a terminal window please run:
apport-collect 2107347
and then change the status of the bug to 'Confirmed'.
If, due to the nature of the issue you have encountered, you are unable
to run these commands, please add a comment stating that and change the
bug status to 'Confirmed'.
