Hi dirk,

 The linux-generic-hwe-2204 should be in squashfs. I could install the
linux-oem-22.04 successfully by manual.

ubuntu@ubuntu:/cdrom/pool$ find . |grep linux-oem
./main/l/linux-meta-hwe-6.8/linux-oem-22.04_6.8.0-40.40~22.04.3_amd64.deb

ubuntu@ubuntu:/cdrom/pool$ sudo dpkg -i 
./main/l/linux-meta-hwe-6.8/linux-oem-22.04_6.8.0-40.40~22.04.3_amd64.deb
