Unfortunately, one of the entries in the quirk table (i830_quirks.c) is
incorrect:

++ { PCI_CHIP_I945_GM, 0x1028, 0x01a3, quirk_ignore_tv },
This should be PCI_CHIP_I915_GM.
Please have a look at bug 134365.
