Public bug reported:
To use the virbr0 bridge device in a qemu:///session instance the setuid
flag for the bridge-helper has to be set with chmod u+s
/usr/lib/qemu/qemu-bridge-helper.
Every time apt-get dist-upgrade refreshes qemu-system-common the setuid
flag is lost.
It would be helpful to keep the flag during updates to avoid an
administrator having to step in to restore previous functionality.
sudo setcap cap_net_admin=eip /usr/lib/qemu/qemu-bridge-helper
seems not be sufficient to set up the bridge though the git log mentions
CAP_NET_ADMIN.
