Following error message is printed when Introspector.pm encounters a DICT outside of an array as this is the case e.g. in the object path /org/bluez/hci0: Use of uninitialized value in string ne at /usr/lib/perl5/Net/DBus/Binding/Introspector.pm line 695. dict must only occur within an array at /usr/lib/perl5/Net/DBus/Binding/Introspector.pm line 696.
