this is a request to reopen Bug #164257 as of updates of 10 jan 2008
this is UNfixed , note this also affect gutsy and hardy kernals ,
symptoms are the same as in the original bug report , modprobe cx88-dvb
returns no such file but the file is infact there , the symptoms are
the same in all kernals . insmod returns the same .
