Public bug reported:

When apport pops up a dialog to ask me whether I consent to sending this
data, there are two buttons, "send" and "don't send". If I press enter,
I would expect that to confirm I want to proceed with the report, but
for some reason it instead presses the "don't send" button, cancelling
the entire report and making me start over. Incredibly frustrating.
