Hello, @sasha-mint, thanks for reporting this bug.
This happens because Ubuntu Pro is not fully supported in Linux Mint -
so unfortunately it's very unlikely to be fixed.
You mentioned there is other computer attached - is that a regular
Ubuntu system, or is it any variant?
We can provide you a workaround to attach the machine though - the error
is in parsing /etc/os-release. Could you please provide what is the
contents of that file?
