From your logs, I see:
/var/lib/dpkg/info/mysql-server.postinst: ligne 202: /usr/share/mysql-
common/configure-symlinks: Aucun fichier ou dossier de ce nom
So the error was caused by the missing configure-symlinks file from
mysql-common.
I also noticed that the selected mysql-common version was
8.0.35-1ubuntu23.04, which is not available in the archive. Have you
installed any 3rd party .deb packages that may include this?
