Public bug reported:
The following two commits must be added to qemu to make virtio-mem
hotplug work with CCW and PCI on s390x:
1)
d77ae821e8940bdb9d97ee688aaa949f45de1758 - "s390x/s390-virtio-ccw: Support
plugging PCI-based virtio memory devices"
2)
03248e714b0dc95f13221cfd4496cbdfa118e114 - "virtio-mem-pci: Allow setting
nvectors, so we can use MSI-X"
This is a spin-off of LP#2097884 (comment #6), in combination with
LP#2097886 - but requires a separate LP bug.
