Public bug reported:

NVIDIA OOTM development uses the default upstream value of
CONFIG_FRAME_WARN=2048, but the Ubuntu kernels use
CONFIG_FRAME_WARN=1024. After confirming internally and with NVIDIA, we
can set CONFIG_FRAME_WARN=2048 on noble nvidia-tegra kernels.
