Public bug reported:
1. Uncheck all packages. "Install now" button disappears (as expected).
NOTE: I have only packages in the group "System Components" so I untick
the entire group.
2. After ticking back some of the packages, the "Install now" button
does not reappear.
(Additionaly one of the packages that I unticked cannot be ticked again:
"Signed kernel image generic")
