I'm filing this to help people checking why a package won't build.
These packages need rustc-1.85 to be packaged for rust 2024 edition.
Most or all of these could be easily patched to build with an older rust
version, but since Ubuntu 25.10 will get rustc-1.85 or newer, I think
it's a better idea to wait.
