The armhf build had also failed, due to a known-flaky test case invoked during build. I got it to pass after a couple rebuilds.
Most of those autopkgtest failures are tmpfails presumably due to test infra issues. I retriggered the lot, which cleared the majority of them, leaving six remaining regressions which I suspect are also temporary testing system network/service failures.
