Public bug reported:
Only i5 8265 with intel 620 grafics.
I tried a lot of 24.04.x installations.
1. rock solid with 20.04 ... weeks of uptime (AC/BAT, Lid close and no
suspend/resume)
2. first 24.04.1 with ZFS ... absolut unusable system (all kind off freezes,
crashes, flicker, black screen), all kind of solutions tried BIOS, sata, i915
kernel-parameters, disabled all Lid-events and a lot more
3. 24.04.2 with ext4 ... unusable (BIOS reset to default, i915 parameters ...
only problems)
4. now 24.04.2 with ext4 ... "rock solid" (uptime 4 days :o) with
following procedure/usage:
>>> never close Lid without AC
>>> suspend before unplug
>>> Lid open/resume with power supply on
