I got this error for the first time today. I found that an HP DeskJet 2800 printer had been installed, but I don't know how or by whom. I have ever used this machine to print anything. I can remove this printer from the list, but it keeps coming back. cups-browsed is a notoriously insecure piece of software and I would like to permanently turn it off. I would also like to turn off the whole cups service. I have tried using systemd but it seems that package updates turn it back on again.
